I'm lucky to live on the most beautiful island in the world. The people make Jamaica. Our culture shines throughout the world, from the sweet sweet sounds of reggae music to the bubbling pots of traditional recipes infused with scotch bonnet pepper and pimento. I journey across the island to find these memorable places, experiences and people.

 

I'm from Montego Bay, Jamaica. I grew up on Walter Fletcher Beach where my grandmother had a restaurant. This is where my love for food and the Caribbean Sea first started.

 

I'm all about promoting Jamaica's gastronomy industry. It's my belief that if you want to learn a country you have to know what it's people eat. Food is a direct coloration to a countries culture. Each bite and flavor is a story of taste.
